Welcome to the first consultancies focussing on crisis communications and Litigation PR in Switzerland. We are highly specialized in the reputation management for our clients in extraordinary issues. Our wide practical experience and expertise is serving the protection of our clients' reputation in the court of public opinion.
Whether you’re a company or an individual, your reputation is one of your most valuable assets of all. But good reputations don’t just happen: they have to be earned, developed and constantly protected and maintained. Never more so than today, when our interlinked world, new media and communications and the ever-tougher battle for attention all put increasing demands on the reputation you enjoy.
Litigation PR Companies or individuals who become involved in legal action are increasingly required to defend themselves not only in the courtroom but in the public arena, too. Litigation PR manages the communication processes throughout a legal case, to help influence the outcome and to alleviate any impact such developments may have in reputation terms. A legal victory will be of only limited value if the public come to a different conclusion: it’s only those who “win” in the public domain who will truly defend their reputation.
Crisis Communications Accidents, product defects, pandemics, dismissals, criminal acts, poor business results, high bonuses, insolvency, strikes... crises come in many forms. They all have one thing in common, though: they offer precious little time to respond, putting immense (and often lasting) pressure on the companies and the individuals concerned. Miscommunications here can have dramatic effects, exacerbating the original crisis. Many a top manager has had to step down, and many a company has been pushed to the brink, where effective crisis communications could have kept things under optimum control. Crisis communications today mean comprehensive preparation, regular further training and adopting and maintaining the right attitude and approach. And good crisis communications are a company’s life insurance.
